如何储存缅因龙虾

最好在购货当天烹制鲜活龙虾。在摄氏 2.7 度左右的冷藏柜中将鲜活龙虾放进开口容器然后用湿报纸或毛巾覆盖不得使用冷冻柜。切勿将鲜活龙虾存放在冰块上或淡水中,否则会伤害或导致鲜活龙虾死亡。

注意:切勿烹制或制备发货时鲜活但之后死亡的龙虾。龙虾一旦死亡,会很快开始腐烂,不宜食用,可能影响身体健康。正因如此只能烹制健康的鲜活龙虾或制备由专业人员或按下节说明妥善冷冻的龙虾。看起来"像睡着了”或一动不动的"鲜活龙虾”应当丢弃,不宜制备食用或冷冻。
