Simple Maine Lobster Boil

INGREDIENTS:

(6 servings, prepare in 5 minutes, cook time 45 minutes, total meal in 50 minutes)

1 Maine lobster (1-1 1/2 lbs.)
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
12 ounces andouille sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 lb. small red potatoes
1 dozen littleneck clams, scrubbed
1 lb. large shrimp
1 lemon, cut into wedges

DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onions and sausage in oil 3 minutes.
Add wine, 1 cup water and bay leaf.
Layer potatoes, sausage, shrimp, and Maine lobster.
Cover; increase heat and cook 10 minutes, or until steaming.
Reduce heat; cook 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Remove bay leaf; serve with lemon wedges.
