Seafood Pie Italiano

INGREDIENTS:

½ pound                Maine Lobster meat, cut in small pieces

¼ pound                squid cut in ½” rings

3 large                   mushrooms, sliced & sautéed

3 tablespoons        melted butter

1 small                   onion, sliced

1 small                   green pepper, diced

½ cup                    provolone cheese, shredded

5 tablespoons        ricotta cheese

2 each                    eggs

½ cup                    light cream

¾ cup                    milk

1 each                    10 inch unbaked pie shell

DIRECTIONS:

Place seafood and next six ingredients in bowl.  Mix well with spoon and place in pie crust.

 

Beat eggs in bowl, adding milk and cream.  Slowly pour over seafood mixture in pie crust.  Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.  When cool cut in small slices.
