Seafood Medley

INGREDIENTS:

(4 servings)

1 pound                 Maine lobster meat, cooked

8 each                    scallops

8 each                    shrimp

½ cup                    seasoned bread crumbs

½ cup                    butter

½ cup                    lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

Spray bake-proof shells with cooking spray.  Place 2 large scallops and 2 large shrimp in shells.  Bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 425°.  Remove from oven and add large pieces of cooked Maine Lobster to fill shells.  Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs.  Melt butter and mix with lemon juice.  Pour over crumbs and bake at 475° for 5 minutes or until hot.
