Donna’s Lobster Cakes

Servings Serves 6-8 as a meal (burger style) or 10-12 as an appetizer (small patties)

Ingredients

Lobster Cakes
Lobsters

4 1 ½ LB., COOKED

Panko (Or Other Breadcrumbs)

1 ½ CUP

Scallions Or Red Onions

6 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED

Old Bay Seasoning

¼ TEASPOON, (“YOU CAN USE ANY SEAFOOD SEASONING, BUT I LOVE OLD BAY SEASONING, AND IT’S ALSO DELICIOUS WITH BLOODY MARY’S” – DONNA BREWER)

Eggs

2

Mayonnaise

½ CUP

Lime Juice

2 TEASPOONS

Worcestershire Sauce

1 TEASPOON

Butter

1 ½  TABLESPOONS

Vegetable Oil

1 ½  TABLESPOON

Aioli Sauce
Lime Zest

2 TEASPOONS GRADED

Fresh Garlic

2 TEASPOONS FINELY MINCED

Freshly Ground Pepper

1 TEASPOON

Mayonnaise

1 CUP

Lime Juice

4 TABLESPOONS

Directions

Step 1: Lobster Cakes

Cook lobsters, pick meat out and cut into small pieces.

Step 2:

Mix ingredients together and pat into patties (you can make burger size or finger size).

Step 3:

Set patties in fridge for at least 6 hours.

Step 4:

Cook in a fry pan on a medium-high heat with butter and vegetable oil, brown on both sides, serve hot.

Step 5: Aioli Sauce

Mix ingredients together, microwave or warm over stove top for flavors to set.
