Maine Lobster Two Crust Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 each                    pie crust

4 ounces                Maine Lobster meat, cooked and diced

½ cup                    Newburgh sauce

1 Tablespoon         green onions or chives

¼ cup                    button mushrooms, cooked and sliced

DIRECTIONS:

Line the bottom of an individual size pie pan with half the pie crust.  Dot the bottom of the crust.

 

Combine Maine Lobster, Newburgh sauce, onions and mushrooms in the pie crust.

 

Wash the edges, cover with the other half of the crust, vent the top and crimp the edges.

 

Bake in a 400 degree oven until brown.
