Maine Lobster Tails Steamed in Beer

'Steamed Maine lobster tails with a hint of beer. Goes great with melted butter, lemon juice and garlic.'

INGREDIENTS:

(2 servings, prepare in 5 minutes, cook time 8 minutes, total meal in 13 minutes)

2 whole Maine lobster tail
1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can beer

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium saucepan, over medium to high heat, bring the beer to a boil.

If Maine lobster tails are still in the shell, split the shell lenghtwise first.

Place a steamer basket on top of the saucepan. Place thawed Maine lobster tails in basket and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
