Maine Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

(4 servings)

12 large mushrooms

½ pound  Maine Lobster meat, cooked and chopped fine

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon mayonnaise

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

 

Combine all remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese.  Stuff mushrooms and top with cheddar cheese.  Bake at 350° for 10 - 15 minutes or until bubbly.
