INGREDIENTS:

1 pound cooked
Maine lobster meat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon onion salt
Dash white wine
Dash lemon juice
1½ cups skim milk
½ cup flour
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 pinch salt
1 pinch white pepper
1 each 11" x 16" pastry shell
1 bunch asparagus, tips only
DIRECTIONS:
Sauté Maine Lobster, mushrooms, onions, onion salt, wine and lemon juice in wok and set aside.
Combine milk with melted butter; add flour, salt and pepper to make a white sauce. Add the Maine Lobster mixture from above.
Center the Maine Lobster on pastry sheet from end to end and cut ½” strips down both sides evenly and twist over mixture for strudel effect. Let rise 30-40 minutes. Garnish with asparagus tips and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
