Maine Lobster-Shrimp Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

(4 servings)

16 ounces              cream cheese

2 Tablespoons       milk or cream

3 Tablespoons       Worcestershire sauce

½ pound                Maine Lobster, cooked and chopped

½ pound                shrimp, cooked and chopped

3 Tablespoons       green onion, chopped

½ cup                    cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Combine cream cheese, milk or cream, and Worcestershire sauce.

 

Add Maine Lobster, shrimp and onion.  Mix and pour into two greased 8” baking dishes.

 

Top each with cheddar cheese and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.  Serve warm with crackers.
