Maine Lobster Pie with Crab Meat Topping

INGREDIENTS:

2 each 1½ lb. Maine lobster

1 stick butter

6 ounces crab meat, flaked

1 cup crackers - such as Ritz®, crushed

½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs

½ teaspoon sweet basil

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 pinch parsley, as needed

DIRECTIONS:

Cook Maine Lobster and remove meat from shell.  Melt butter in a saucepan, add crab meat and heat through.  Mix together crackers, breadcrumbs, basil and Worcestershire sauce and add to the butter mixture and mix well.  Butter a quiche dish or pie pan and spread chunks of Maine Lobster on the bottom.  Top with the crab meat mixture and sprinkle lightly with parsley.  Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350° until heated through.
