Korean Maine Lobster and Green Onion Pancake

INGREDIENTS:

Garnish:
1 bunch green onions, sliced on the bias        
¼ cup onion, sliced
¼ cup carrot, julienned          
4 ounces shrimp, diced          
4 ounces scallops, diced
4 ounces Maine Lobster, cooked, chopped
2-4 ounces squid, diced         
Note: Any seafood combo will be great.
 
Batter:
½ - ¾ cup water (as needed)
1 cup flour
1 egg  
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt           
½ teaspoon sugar.
½ teaspoon Korean bean paste (dwen jang) 

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the batter and combine with the garnish. Cook like any pancake.
Prepare Dipping Sauce: 3 parts soy sauce, 1 part rice vinegar, and scallions.
