24 each Jalapeño peppers sliced in half, seeds removes
1¼ pound Maine Lobster steamed, tail leg and claw meat separated and chopped finely
½ cup white onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare peppers and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, fill peppers and broil under high heat for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
