INGREDIENTS:
1 each long hard roll
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
½ tomato, sliced
½ onion, sliced
1 pound Maine Lobster meat, cooked
1 teaspoon oregano
To taste hot peppers (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Slice roll lengthwise and spread with mayonnaise. Layer roll with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Place Maine Lobster meat on top. Sprinkle with oregano. Cut into quarters and serve with hot peppers, if desired.
