INGREDIENTS:
12 frankfurter rolls
¼ cup garlic butter (as needed)
½ head lettuce, shredded
2 each tomatoes, thinly sliced

Maine lobster tails split in half, lengthwise, cooked (1/2 tail per roll)
DIRECTIONS:
Brush the rolls with garlic butter and grill or toast.
Line roll with small amount of lettuce and tomatoes.
Top with the split
Maine lobster tail. You may wish to garnish with mayonnaise, ranch dressing or cocktail sauce.
