INGREDIENTS:

2 (1.5 pound) Maine lobsters
2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons clam juice
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh basil
parsley, chopped, to garnish
1 pound pasta, cooked and drained
DIRECTIONS:
Cook and pick your Maine lobsters. Melt the butter and saute the garlic until it begins to brown. Add the wine and clam juice and bring the sauce to a simmer. Add the Gorgonzola cheese, basil, and Maine lobster meat and simmer until the cheese melts. Add the heavy cream and butter and simmer until butter melts and the sauce begins to thicken. Serve at once over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
