INGREDIENTS:
(4 servings)
4 each 1-1½ lb.
Maine lobsters
3 ounces olive oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon white pepper
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
3-4 dashes
Tabasco sauce
24 ounces Marinara sauce
½ cup dry red wine
4 servings pasta
DIRECTIONS:
Boil
Maine lobster, cool, pick all Maine Lobster meat out of a body and claws. Set aside. In a sauté pan heat oil and garlic at medium heat. Cook just enough to heat garlic slightly (about 30 seconds). Add
Maine lobster, and all of the spices. Cook at a medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add Marinara sauce and red wine. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 3-4 minutes. Taste, adjust seasonings if necessary. Serve over pasta.
