Fondue Dip with Maine Lobster

INGREDIENTS:

3 Tablespoons butter
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 cup dry white wine
8 ounces chopped steamed Maine Lobster

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add cayenne pepper. Slowly add wine, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add Maine Lobster and stir until heated. Place in a glowing chafing dish and serve with your favorite crackers or bread. This makes about 2 cups.
