Cold Curried Maine Lobster Salad

INGREDIENTS:

(6 servings)

1½ pounds cooked Maine lobster meat, cut into bite size chunks

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

2 Tablespoons minced parsley

2 Tablespoons minced fresh dill

2 Tablespoons capers

1 Tablespoon curry powder

2 Tablespoons grated onion

3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Juice of 1/2 lemon

 

DIRECTIONS:

Put  Maine lobster in large bowl.  Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended, pour over the Maine lobster, and toss to coat well.  Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

 

Serve in avocado halves or on a bed of shredded lettuce.
