INGREDIENTS:
(4 servings)
1½ pound live Maine lobster
2 Tablespoons butter
½ pound scallops
1 quart half & half
3 drops Tabasco, to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt & pepper, to taste
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped chives
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot of rapidly boiling water, cook Maine lobster for about 4 minutes. Remove and cool. Remove meat from claws and tail, cut into chunks.
In a heavy bottom pot, melt butter until bubbling. Add scallops and sauté about 2 minutes. Add Maine lobster and cook about 1 minute.
Slowly add half & half, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper. Serve in heated bowls and sprinkle with chives.
