INGREDIENTS:
(6 servings)
1 each 1 ½ lb. Maine lobster, cooked, meat cut into chunks
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry or cooking wine
1 can whole water chestnuts, cut in half
1/2 lb bacon cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
Mix sherry and soy sauce and pour over Maine Lobster chunks. Let marinate for one hour.
Wrap bacon around Maine Lobster chunks and water chestnuts and place on skewers.
Either grill until bacon is crisp and Maine Lobster has turned white or broil for about 10 minutes.
