Ceprano Maine Lobster

INGREDIENTS:

(2 servings)

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

1 ounce olive oil

5 ounces Maine lobster meat, cooked

4 ounces marinara sauce

4 ounces Maine lobster bisque

4 each sun-dried tomatoes, slices

¼ cup plum tomatoes, diced

1 teaspoon basil, chopped

1 pinch cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.  Add Maine Lobster meat and continue cooking for another minute.  Add marinara sauce, Maine Lobster bisque, sun-dried tomatoes, plum tomatoes, basil, and cayenne pepper.  Bring sauce to the boiling point, and then simmer for 2-3 minutes.  Serve over angel hair pasta and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
